Result of General Meeting
HaloSource Corporation (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology company traded on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, announces that all resolutions proposed at its General Meeting held today were duly passed.
As a result, the Company expects to complete the previously announced disposal of the majority of its assets. In addition, the Company will cancel the admission of its common shares to trading on AIM at 07:00 a.m. on 12 March 2019.
