Posting of Circular & Notice of General Meeting

The Company announces that it will post today to its shareholders a circular and notice of general meeting ("GM") containing resolutions which, if passed by shareholders, will enable the Company to issue the Eurobonds and the warrants in accordance with the announcements released on 11 February 2019. The GM is to be held at The Court Room, Glaziers Hall, 9 Montague Close, London Bridge, SE1 9DD at 10.00 a.m. on 13 March 2019.

The Directors consider the resolutions set out in the circular to be in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole. Accordingly, the directors unanimously recommend that shareholders vote in favour of the resolutions to be proposed at the GM.
