Variation to Planning Consent at Lidsey

Angus Energy plc (AIM: ANGS), a leading UK conventional oil and gas production and development company (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Application No: WSCC/047/18/BN to West Sussex County Council under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 has been accepted.  The application represents a variation on Angus Energy Weald Basin No.3 Ltd's current permission for the site and allows Angus Energy to operate pumping equipment for 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the Lidsey site. There is no variation to the existing limits on any other operations at the site.
