BOARD CHANGE

The Board of CEPS announces that David Johnson is to be appointed as a Non-executive director of the Company as from 29 March 2019.

David Edward Johnson (BA Hons) (aged 58) worked in the financial sector in the City of London for a number of years after graduating from university in 1981. He was initially an investment analyst following which he became a fund manager for Sun Life Assurance before joining the institutional sales team at Investec Securities, subsequently being appointed Head of Institutional Sales. Between 2003 and 2013 he worked for Panmure Gordon as Head of Sales from 2006 and then Head of Equities from 2009. More recently he has acted as a consultant to Chelverton Asset Management and acted as a Non-executive director of both private and AIM quoted companies.

David Horner, Non-executive Chairman of CEPS said "I am delighted to welcome David to the CEPS board as an independent non-executive director and look forward to working with him as we grow and develop the business".

David Johnson owns (through his ISA) 95,000 ordinary shares representing 0.5 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
