Coro Energy plc, the pan Euro-Asian gas explorer, announces that James Parsons, Chairman of Coro Energy, has today purchased 1,145,076 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 2.63p. James Parsons' shareholding in the Company now amounts to 1,729,226 Ordinary Shares, equal to 0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
