Resultant Holding Following Issue of Shares
Following the issue of 26,666,666 shares to Executive Chairman, Geoffrey Dart announced on 31 January 2019 and issued in two equal tranches immediately prior and post the AGM, Mr Dart through Chesterfield Capital Limited, now holds a total shareholding in Dukemount Capital Plc of 101,666,666 shares representing 27.76%% of the Total Voting Rights.
The total Ordinary Shares in issue now amounts to 366,166,666. The company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
