Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces the following Director share purchase.

On 6 February 2019, David Anderson, Group Property Director, purchased 32,775 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 303.5 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Mr Anderson's total holding is 32,775 shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
