Change of Auditor

Following the merger of Moore Stephens LLP and BDO LLP, the Company wishes to advise that Moore Stephens LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor. BDO LLP has been appointed as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 25 March 2019.

Moore Stephens has confirmed to the Company that, in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
