SunMirror AG ("SunMirror"; ISIN CH0396131929) hereby announces that it has decided to have a writ of summons issued on behalf of its subsidiary Pharlap Holdings Pte Ltd ("Plaintiff") in the Supreme Court of Western Australia against MCC Australia Sanjin Mining Pty Ltd (the "Defendant"), its counterparty under a 2005 Royalty Deed (as assigned) covering the Cape Lambert Magnetite Project, for breach of the terms of the Royalty Deed.
The writ includes a claim for damages, interest on damages and costs.
