Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Premier Foods plc (the 'Company') advises that 22,123 additional ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights were issued in January 2019.

As at 31 January 2019 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 840,921,645 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
