Director/PDMR Shareholding

Triad Group Plc, the UK-based IT systems, consulting and resourcing company, was notified on 31 January 2019 that Adrian Leer, Managing Director, has exercised 150,000 options over Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), granted pursuant to the Company's 2008 Share Option Scheme. 50,000 options have been exercised at an exercise price of 13.5 pence per Ordinary share, and 100,000 options at an exercise price of 11 pence per Ordinary Share.

Mr Leer currently has no intention of selling these shares.

These 150,000 Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading pursuant to an existing block listing granted to the Company by London Stock Exchange plc and will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.

Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in Triad is 15,968,979, which number should be used by shareholders and other parties subject to disclosure obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the share capital of Triad under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
