Update on relationship agreements

Further to our announcement on 24 December 2018, the Company confirms that it has now entered into new relationship agreements with its controlling shareholders, Crosland Global Limited ("Crosland") and Abiglaze Ltd, in accordance with the Listing Rules.

The new relationship agreements are on terms and conditions that are substantively the same as those that were previously entered into with Crosland. The new agreements also include undertakings from the Company's controlling shareholders as required by LR 9.2.2ADR.
