Change of Nominated Adviser and Broker

James Latham announces that, pursuant to the proposed merger between SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") and Northland Capital Partners Ltd, it has appointed SP Angel as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect. 

Director Disclosure

In the announcement of his appointment to the Board of James Latham on 16 October 2015, Fabian French's Schedule Two (g) disclosure should have included that, in the five years prior to his appointment, he had been a director of Marie Curie Trading Limited.
