Shareholding notification

On 28 January 2019 EVRAZ plc ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") was notified by it's shareholder Verocchio Enterprises LTD ("Verocchio") about the disposal of 82,887,014 shares in the Company ("Disposal") which reduced the interest of Verocchio in EVRAZ's ordinary shares to nil.

The Disposal took place on 04 December 2017.

The Company understands that following the Disposal Mr. Vagin ceased to have the indirect economic interest in EVRAZ plc' shares through Verocchio.
