Cancellation of shares from trading on AIM - Update

Vietnam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) today announces that, further to the announcement dated 21 December 2018 concerning the cancellation of its shares from trading on AIM and the admission of its shares to the Premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (the "Main Market"), which was expected to take place in January 2019,  the Company continues to progress the necessary regulatory process in London.  This process has taken longer to complete than originally anticipated and, as a result, the Company now expects that the migration to Guernsey and the move to the Main Market should be completed before the end of February 2019. A further announcement in connection with this matter will be made in due course.
