Vietnam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) has been informed by Discover Investment Capital ("Discover") that, following the close of the tender offer of the Company originally announced on 8 October 2018, it has successfully tendered 869,867 ordinary shares of $1 each ("Ordinary Shares"). Discover's resultant holding in the Company is now 2,730,133 Ordinary Shares representing 5.1% of the issued share capital if the Company. Discover is a person closely associated with Hiroshi Funaki, a non-Executive Director of the Company, who is also a director of Discover, which is considered one of his persons closely associated for the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulations (EU No. 596/2014).
