Northern Bear was today informed by Mr Jon Pither that he has sold 505,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following recent disposals (the "Disposals"). Following the Disposals, Mr Pither is now interested in 888,956 Ordinary Shares representing 4.80 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
