On 18 January 2019, Gear4music (Holdings) plc, the largest UK based online retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, was informed that the Company's Non-Executive Chairman Ken Ford today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 183.5 pence each. Mr Ford's interest is now in 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
