The Board announces that it has posted a Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) to shareholders. 

The AGM will be held at 50 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6LX on Friday 1st February 2019 at 4.00 pm. The Notice of AGM contains details of all resolutions to be proposed at the AGM.
