Interim Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that it has declared a second interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2019 of 3.75 pence per ordinary share, payable on 13 February 2019 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 11 January 2019.  The ex-dividend date will be 10 January 2019.
