This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.

During the month of December 2018, Fidelity Asian Values PLC (“the Company”) did not repurchase any ordinary shares for cancellation or into Treasury. On 3 December 2018, the Company issued 1,213,003 ordinary shares (effective date 30 November 2018) in respect of shares arising on the exercise of the conversion rights attaching to subscription shares.

As at 31 December 2018, Fidelity Asian Values PLC's issued share capital consists of 69,882,405 ordinary shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Asian Values PLC is 69,882,405.

The above figure (69,882,405) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity Asian Values PLC under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
