YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces that it was notified on 20 December 2018 that Global Shares Ireland Ltd, the Company's share plan and corporate nominee administrator, used proceeds from dividends received on 17 December 2018 to purchase Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company at a price of £4.1666 per Ordinary Share on behalf of a Director and PDMRs as noted in the below tables as part of the automatic dividend reinvestment programme in relation to employee shareholdings.

Following the automatic dividend reinvestment programme, Mr Sundip Chahal, Chief Operating Officer, is beneficially interested in 336,008 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
