The Company announces that, on 21 December 2018, the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 5,620 shares to certain PDMRs of the Company under the 2013 CSOP scheme at 396.0p per share as below, and to Andrew Wright under the 2012 CSOP scheme at 272.5p per share.  The resulting shareholdings are shown in the table below.
