Director/PDMR Transactions

Following the Company's General Meeting on 19 December 2018, at which all resolutions were passed, Mark Nichols, Chief Executive Officer and Paul Denney, Chief Financial Officer, of Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG, 'the Company', 'Xeros'), have each purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.15p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 10p, as part of the Company's Placing announced on 29 November 2018.

Following the issue of shares, Mark Nichols and Paul Denney will be interested in 500,000 Ordinary Shares each, with each representing approximately 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
