M&C Saatchi plc announces that Jonathan Goldstein, senior Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 31 December 2018.

The board would like to thank Jonathan for his invaluable contribution.

Jeremy Sinclair, Chairman of M&C Saatchi, said: Jonathan has been an invaluable counsel to the Company, always legal, always practical and always commercial. We knew that other commitments and demands for his services would one day take him away. We are grateful for his years of service.
