Caspian Sunrise, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, announces that it received notification today that on 12 December 2018, Edmund Limerick, a director in the Company, purchased 1,540,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 6.5p each for a total consideration of £100,100.

Additionally, on 12 December 2018, Edmund Limerick exercised all his 4p options to acquire a further 1,200,000 shares in the Company.

Edmund Limerick and his wife now hold a total of 6,430,000 shares in the company representing a 0.39% holding in the Company's total issued share capital.
