Following the completion of the acquisition of the Nominated Adviser and Corporate Broking business of Smith & Williamson, the Company's previous Nominated Adviser, by Cenkos Securities plc ("Cenkos"), Sound Energy announces that Cenkos has been appointed as the Company's Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.
