Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding

CVS, the veterinary services group, announces that it was notified on 5 December 2018 that on 5 December 2018, Richard Connell, Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Connell holds 120,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. Mr Connell's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holding, is now 120,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
