("Breedon" or the "Company")

Director and PDMR Dealings

The Company has been notified that certain Directors (and certain persons closely associated with them) and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') of Breedon Group plc, have purchased a total of 456,743 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').

The table below sets out the number of Ordinary Shares that each Director and PDMR has purchased and the total number of Ordinary Shares that each Director or PDMR has an interest in following these transactions:

As at today's date, the Company has 1,679,204,940 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. This figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
