Confirmation of Effective Date and payment of Consent Fee

Reference is made to the notice from the Bond Trustee dated 14 February 2025 (the "Notice") with information of the results of the Written Resolutions in the above-mentioned bond issues (the "Bonds" or the "Bond Issues").

The Effective Date (as defined in the Notice) has occurred for all the Bond Issues, and accordingly the Consent Fee will be paid pro rata to the Bondholders as follows:
