Zinc Media Group plc, the TV and multimedia content producer, confirms that following the recent issue of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the vendors of Tern Television Productions Limited ("Tern Television") as partial consideration for the first year earn-out payment, David Strachan, a director of Tern Television, is now a holder of 46,725,750 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.29 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.

David is not a PDMR of the Company.
