Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company announces that on 3rd December 2018, the following Executive Directors and PDMR's of the Company exercised options over ordinary shares of 10p each in Company ("Shares") under the TClarke Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme") as follows:

The options exercised under the Scheme were granted on 8th October 2015 and were exercisable between 1st December 2018 and 31st May 2019.
