Further to the announcements made on 29 November 2018 regarding the placing, subscription and open offer (the "Transaction"), Safestay confirms that on 30 November 2018 it published and sent to all holders of ordinary shares in the capital of Safestay an explanatory circular (the "Circular") in relation to the Transaction, together with a notice convening a general meeting of the Company to approve the Transaction.
