ULS Technology plc (AIM:ULS), the provider of online B2B platforms for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, announces the appointment of Martin Rowland as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Martin Rowland has spent the last 10 years in a variety of investment roles, working for institutional private equity houses and investing alongside family offices. Prior to this Martin held operational and strategic roles in mid-sized and large corporates. He has been a director of companies in an executive and non-executive capacity, helping businesses to scale organically and through acquisition. He was previously a non-executive director of the Group between 2011 and 2014.

Geoff Wicks, Chairman ULS Technology plc, said: "We are delighted to welcome Martin back to the Board after a number of years away. Martin brings a wealth of experience with him from a variety of businesses as well as knowledge of ULS. In particular, his acquisition experience will be invaluable as the business looks to continue to grow by acquisition as well as organically. As a qualified accountant Martin will chair the Audit Committee."
