DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Bristol Water plc announces the appointment of James Edward McAuliffe as an independent non-executive director of Bristol Water plc with effect from 29 November 2018.

Jim McAuliffe is a Chartered Accountant and held the role of Finance Director at Bristol Airport from 2002 until July 2018. 

Jim McAuliffe is also a Trustee of the Ashley Clinton Barker Mills Trust, which is a Trust Fund set up to support Arnolfini Gallery and, more widely, contemporary art in Bristol.

Bristol Water Chairman Keith Ludeman said: "I am very pleased that Jim is joining the Board.  He brings strong links to the local community in Bristol where he was a statutory director and Finance Director of Bristol Airport.  The Board and I are looking forward to working with him."
