Result of Annual General Meeting and Financial Reporting

DFS Furniture plc, (the "Company"), announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions were duly passed.  Further details of the voting results will be published on the Company's corporate website, http://www.dfscorporate.co.uk, shortly.

As announced at the time of the FY18 Preliminary Results, the 2018 financial year will end on the 30 June 2019.with the first half ending on the 30 December 2018.

We expect our next reporting dates to be

10 January 2019 - Announcement of the first half trading update

14 March 2019 - Publication of the first half results

with the full year trading updated scheduled for July 2019 and full year results being announced in September 2019.

Further to the announcement on 22 May 2018 the Company confirms Tim Stacey took over as CEO on 1 November 2018.
