REACT Group PLC ("React") announces that the Interim  Head of Operations role performed by Melvin Teale since May will finish on 30 November 2018. The development of the operations team within React's core business has evolved to the point where this role will now be performed by a senior manager from within the team. The Board thanks Melvin for his contribution and wishes him well in the future.

The Board has identified and is at an advanced stage in the hiring process of an individual to become Managing Director.  The Board hopes to formally announce the appointment shortly.  This follows the appointment of Rob Gilbert, a seasoned sales and marketing executive to the Board as a non-executive director, on 1 November 2018.
