Board changes

Domino's Pizza Group plc ("Domino's") announces Steve Barber has indicated his intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director at the Company's Annual Meeting in 2019.

Domino's has commenced a search for Steve's successor, who will be announced in due course. In addition, Domino's plans to search for an additional independent non-executive director to broaden and complement the existing skills and experience on the Board.
