Total Voting Rights

Following the allotment of 558,049 new ordinary shares of 12.5p in the Company in respect of the Scrip Dividend Scheme on 23 November 2018 and in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company hereby announces that it has 737,724,343 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure of 737,724,343 ordinary shares of 12.5p each may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
