SSE announces its timetable in relation to the interim dividend of 29.3p per ordinary share for the year ending 31 March 2019.

Shareholders holding shares in certificated form who wish to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme can join online via www.sse-shares.com by no later than 14 February 2019.

Shareholders holding shares in certificated form who wish to withdraw from the Scrip Dividend Scheme can do so online via www.sse-shares.com  or by written request to Link Asset Services to arrive no later than 14 February 2019.

Shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form should consult their CREST sponsors as appropriate.
