GetBusy today announces that Ben Oliver, the Company's Chief Technology Officer, has informed the Company that on 22 November 2018 he bought 15,001 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33.0 pence per share.

Following this purchase Ben Oliver has a beneficial interest over 31,231 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company. Ben Oliver also has options over 814,448 Ordinary Shares.
