Block Listing Application

Tullow Oil plc

A block listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to Euronext Dublin for a total of 14,741,331 Ordinary Shares of nominal value GBP£0.10 each, in the capital of Tullow Oil plc, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of Euronext Dublin, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin for such shares to be admitted to trading.  Admission is expected to take place on or around 23 November 2018. 241,331 Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2005 (DSBP), 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the Tullow Oil Employee Share Award Plan (ESAP) and 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the Tullow Oil Performance Share Plan (PSP).
