Declaration of Second Interim Dividend

21 November 2018

The Directors have today declared a second interim dividend of 1.0p per Ordinary share, in respect of the period from initial launch to 30 September 2018.

The second interim dividend will be paid on 20 December 2018 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 30 November 2018 (ex dividend date of 29 November 2018). 

In accordance with the IPO Prospectus, the Company intends to declare quarterly dividends to Shareholders, with dividends declared in respect of the quarters ending on the following dates: 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year.  The Company expects to pay, in aggregate, dividends totalling no less than 3.0p per Ordinary Share in respect of the period from initial admission to 31 December 2018.
