Sale of shares

Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 20 November 2018 it received notification of the following transactions by Mark Garrett, Chief Operating Officer, and his spouse Melanie Garrett which were carried out on 20 November 2018:

·      Mark Garrett sold 72,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of £6.78 per Share; and

·      Melanie Garrett sold 1,500 Shares at a price of £6.932 per Share.

Following the above transactions, the total beneficial holding of Shares of Mark Garrett is 59,723 Shares, representing approximately 0.112% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The following notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of EU Regulation No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation).
