Change of Auditor

Empresaria announces that, following a competitive tender process, it has appointed BDO LLP ("BDO") as the Group's new external auditor with effect from 16 November 2018.

BDO will conduct the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial year to 31 December 2018.  Any proposal to re-appoint BDO in respect of the financial year beginning 1 January 2019 will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2019 AGM.

In its letter of resignation, dated 16 November 2018, as auditor of the Group, Deloitte LLP confirmed that there are no matters connected with their resignation which they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
