Director / PDMR Shareholding

System1 announces that on 16 November 2018 there were the following Director and PDMR dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares").

John Kearon, CEO and Executive Director of the Company, sold 358,974 Shares, and Stefan Barden, PDMR, purchased 358,974 Shares, at 195 pence per share, respectively.  As a result of these transactions, John now holds 2,961,235 Shares, representing 23.6% of the Company's voting share capital, and Stefan holds 716,062 Shares, representing 5.7% of the Company's voting share capital.
