Director / PCA Shareholdings

Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 16 November 2018 that on the same day the following share purchases took place:

Shatish Dasani, Chief Financial Officer purchased 1,300 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of £2.1963.  

Shatish Dasani's spouse, Dina Dasani purchased 18,700 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of £2.17.

Accordingly, Shatish Dasani's total beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, including those held by his spouse has increased by 20,000 shares to 112,783.

In addition to the above, on the same date Shatish Dasani's son Akhil Dasani purchased 3,930 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of £2.1994 bringing his total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company to 4,126. 

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
