STERLING CONVERSION RATE FOR 2018 INTERIM DIVIDEND

Burford Capital Limited ("Burford" or "the Company"), the leading global finance and investment management firm focused on law, has previously proposed a 2018 interim dividend of 3.67 US cents per share to be paid on 5 December 2018 to shareholders of record on 9 November 2018.

For shareholders who receive their dividend in Sterling, the dividend is 2.823729 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of £1.00 = US $1.2997 set on 13 November 2018.
