Vesting of share awards under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan

Volution Group plc ("Volution" or the "Company", LSE: FAN), a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, announces that on 19 November 2018, the awards granted to Executive Directors under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (DSBP) on 19 November 2015 vested following the end of a three year deferral period. These share awards were not subject to performance conditions. No consideration was paid for the DSBP share awards and no consideration was payable on vesting.

The following table sets out the share awards which have vested, the total shareholdings following transfer of the share awards from the Volution Employee Benefit Trust to the Executive Directors and their shareholdings as a percentage of issued voting share capital:
