Sharesave option granted to Nick Wilkinson

On 15 November 2018, Nick Wilkinson, Chief Executive, was granted options over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Dunelm Group 2014 Sharesave Plan.

Options were granted over 3,757 Shares at 479 pence per share. The options will be exercisable between 1 January and 30 June 2022 in accordance with the rules of the Plan.

In addition to the options noted above, Nick Wilkinson holds options over the Company's ordinary Shares as follows:
